All of our lens set designs (and the optics for them) were designed by Paul Rini. These are a great way to build a good quality eyepiece for a little bit of money. With the current addition of our 'Universal Eyepiece' holder, it makes it even easier to make your own eyepiece! We include some basic mounting instructions, or use your own ideas. This four element 26mm modified plossl lens set consists of (2) 35.5mm dia x 55mm fl coated DCX lenses, and a 33mm dia x 360mm fl doublet coated. Great images with this one! If you want to impress your friends you can call it a 'Super Kellner'. |

If you are building your own 1.25inch eyepieces and want a professional barrel this is what you need. Chrome plated, threaded inside but our 1.25inch filters do not fit. Fits 1-1/4inch focusers. It is 1-3/8inch long by 1/16inch thick. This barrel has internal threading all the way through, and also has 9/32 wide of external threading to mount to the interior housing or your eyepiece. Unused. |

If you're building your own 2 inch eyepieces, this black anodized aluminum barrel is exactly what you need. These are brand new and are 2 inch diameter x 2 inch long and threaded all the way through. Accepts your 48mm filters. |

We have had numerous requests for these and they are finally in. Use these to connect two of our 2 inch barrels together, as a spacer for lenses, or insert your own lens into the ring. These come with a retaining ring that screws 4mm into the top. They fit lenses with a 43mm diameter but there will be 17mm of space to fill (edge thickness of the lens(es) should be close to this unless you have a spacer). 22mm thick, fully threaded on the outside. These screw into all of the 2 inch barrels we offer. New! |

Making your own 2 inch eyepiece just got a lot easier! These screw in on top of all of our 2 inch threaded barrels. 45mm diameter bore (opening) fully threaded. Comes with two threaded rings to hold your lenses in securely (others also available separately). One is 40mm opening and is 36mm long (will fit 37-39.5mm lenses) and the other has a 28.5mm opening and is 25mm long (will fit lenses 25mm to 28mm diameter). Some of our already mounted achromats (L3719 for example) fit inside the universal eyepiece lens holder well and can be tightened with a M2814D (Inside the 2 inch barrel). Each universal adapter is new and comes with a 2inch x 1-3/4inch long threaded barrel attached. |
