We've had numerous requests for this particular lens from customers wanting to make a simple educational refractor or for projection projects (or get creative with your ideas for this large diameter long focal length lens). 150mm diameter (just shy of 6 inches) plano convex lens with a focal length of 4000mm (157 inches). Edge thickness is 3.5mm, center thickness is 4mm. These are unused in mint original condition. We have had these glass lenses (white glass, not plate glass) custom made and can provide any quantity you may need for your project/production run. This price is unheard of for a new lens of this size! Buy a few! We don't know how long this low price will last! |

This is a positive meniscus version of the previous lens above. Same large diameter, and the focal length is slightly less, but still VERY long). 150mm diameter (just shy of 6 inches) positive meniscus lens with a focal length of about 2600mm (103 inches). Edge thickness is 2mm, center thickness is 2.5mm. Unused in mint original condition. Mounted glass achromatic binocular objectives fully AR coated. These have a retaining ring to hold them but have also been glued in. If you want to remove them from the mounting you may have to use a solvent. 80mm clear diameter with a focal length of 350mm. Outside diameter of the mounting (objective side) is 96mm, rear diameter is 37mm and threaded. The entire housing is 230mm long. This make a superb finder scope! Or get one of our binocular porro prism assemblies to make a great spotting scope. Unused. |

These were removed from Meade 10x50 and Meade 8-24 x 50 zoom binoculars. Achromatic glass objective lens is 50mm clear diameter with a focal length of 185mm. Front barrel diameter is 50mm (ID) and 62mm (OD). The back barrel is 30mm (ID) and 40mm (OD - threaded). The entire objective assembly is 88mm long. Coated optics. Used but in excellent condition. |

Here's a coated, achromatic air spaced doublet objective lens for a small telescope. Great for educational purposes. Mounting unscrews and the flint and crown elements can slide out. 50mm clear diameter by 600mm focal length. Great for making a first telescope to see the craters on the moon, etc. Use with PVC or cardboard tubing and one or two of our inexpensive eyepieces. Use this to replace your damaged scope objective. Unused. |

Unused in the original military packaging dated 1952. Front clear lens diameter of 35mm, barrel is threaded at 42mm. Rear clear lens diameter is 35mm, barrel is threaded inside at 35.5mm. The barrel is 57mm long. Focal length is 180 (from the image to the center of the barrel). Beautifully coated optics. |

Coated air spaced glass doublet objective lens, 70mm clear diameter by 500mm focal length. Plastic mount with threaded retaining ring. Mount is 74mm diameter. Back end is 85mm diameter. This is a great quality telescope objective. Flange extends out to 63mm. Looks like this would slide nicely onto an 85mm ID tube. Nice objective for a compact telescope or finderscope. Unused. |

Jaeger's catalog #12B 1190. These are non-cemented crown and flint to make a Jaegers objective. They can be either cemented (we sell Balsam), airspaced, or taped together to make an achromatic objective. 42mm diameter with a focal length of 277mm. These appear to be unused but may have very tiny edge chips from years of storage. Very limited supply! |

This is a nice mounted achromat that has a clear diameter of 38mm and a focal length of 125mm. It has the magnesium fluoride anti-reflective coating. There are some coating defects in this lens that won't effect the image. The mounting has an outside diameter of 43mm by 21mm long and is threaded. This would make a great lens for a finder scope. |

This is a mounted achromatic lens with a clear diameter of 35mm and a focal length of 125mm. It is multi-coated. The mounting is 44mm diameter by 12mm wide. It does have external threading that is 7mm wide. Would make a great finder scope objective. Has been in storage for some time. Some of the coatings are coming off but that will not effect the image. Theses were unmarked lenses brought back from A. Jaegers Optics in Lynbrook, NY Cemented doublet, 61mm diameter with a focal length of 375mm. These have a nice bluish/purple anti-reflective coating. Edge thickness is 10mm, center thickness is 11mm. These would be great for a spotting scope! Some have minor cement breakup or tiny edge chips. The best will go out first. |
