WARRANTY

Delivery within 7 days (although exceptionally made-to-order adapters and Surplus items may take up to 28 days).
New items: Guarantee is 12 months against manufacturing defects or defective parts. Damage caused by accident or by misuse is not covered.

SHIPPING/POSTAGE

UK postage is free, irrespective of the number of items purchased. But, postage for very heavy items may be extra, in which case postage will be agreed with purchasers before despatch.
First class post or special delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

An extra charge may apply for Non-UK destinations, particularly for expensive or heavy items. In that event, shipping charges will be agreed with purchasers before despatch.
European buyers of the Camera/Kit must purchase DHL Europlus shipping (£15 extra).
